Overview

Monkey Love Franchising, Inc. has been franchising Monkey Love stores since 2004.  We are located in Brunswick, Georgia.  As a franchisor, we are registered with North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Florida to enter as a new business.  We are dedicated to providing you with all of the assistance and support you will need to launch and grow your business and we provide substantial training before, during and after your Monkey Love opens.  In addition, you will learn all about our customer service philosophy that keeps our customers coming back!  Monkey Love Franchising, Inc.’s goal is to ensure the success of all of our franchisees and to help maximize the return on your investment.

 What You Need To Get Started

· A minimum net worth of $150,000 is required to be considered for a Monkey Love Dessert Bar & Gallery franchise.  50% must be cash or liquid assets.

· Although experience in the food service industry is a plus, it is not necessary.  Our comprehensive training and support programs will teach you everything you need to know in order to operate a successful Monkey Love.

· You’ll need a passion for personal and professional growth on many levels!

Franchise information, including estimated initial investments, franchise support, advertising and marketing materials can be mailed directly to your attention.  Upon receipt of the information, please take a moment to complete the Preliminary Application and send it back to us.  Before becoming a Monkey Love franchisee, you will be required to submit additional information.

Restaurant Requirements:

• Franchise Fee:  $25,000

• Monkey Love Franchising, Inc. encourages franchisees to invest in a strip center unit depending on the market, location and demographics.  The site must be approved in writing by Monkey Love Franchising, Inc.

• Building design and restaurant layout is provided by Monkey Love Franchising, Inc.

• Blueprints will be provided by the franchisee per Monkey Love Franchising, Inc.’s design.

• The current prototype is 1,200 square feet.
